Hello, it is my pleasure to greet you in the name of Jesus hoping you are doing great alongside your loving family! I am Edgar David Coj Garcia. I recently turned 15 years old. Unfortunately, I could not continue with my studies due to the limited resources of my family. So, I am working as a farmer and day laborer. Moreover, I travel to the coast with my stepfather; we go to pick coffee beans from November to May. Sometimes, I go to collect firewood on weekends and I still enjoy playing with my young siblings. My stepfather does farm and day laborer work to sustain our family. Additionally, he also goes to pick coffee beans on the coast to get more income and he travels from November to March. My mother stays busy with the housework and raises hens, and she sells them when we have some need. We cultivate corn and beans for our livelihood.
My family and I are so grateful to Living Water for blessing and supporting me through the program. The food and medical care are so helpful to me. Fried chicken is my favorite meal from the program. At the end of the year, the evangelism team prepares a Christmas activity with choreographies and a drama of Jesus' birth and I receive a Christmas gift. I love the job that the evangelism team does through the feeding program and someday I would like to join the team. My parents have welcomed Jesus into their hearts some time ago and we are members of the Prince of Peace Church. Thankfully, we are fine, nevertheless, I want to ask for your prayers for my family so our Lord provides for resources to get our own house. Let me tell you that my mother gave this information to the LW staff to share news about me. For now, that is all. Every blessing for you!
Kind regards,
Edgar David Coj Garcia
