My Story

Hello! This is Floridalma Beatriz Hernandez Barrera and I greet you from the bottom of my heart hoping you and your family are doing fine. I am a nineteen-year-old girl and I am not studying this year due to a lack of money. I stay at home helping my mother with household duties. I like to spend a nice time with my sisters by playing soccer. They are my best friends. I am thankful to God because we have been doing well and are in good health. My mother is so gentle and patient with our family, so I have a nice emotional connection with her. Her name is Maria Barrera and she does the housework. Moreover, she raises hens and pigs so she can sell them when she needs money.

My father Mateo works as a farmer and day laborer for our neighbors. For me, Jesus is the son of God and he gave his life to save us from our sins.  As a family, we are attending the Catholic Church, and we like to celebrate the special thanksgiving mass for our first crops. My mother helped LW team to collect this information and she is assured of her salvation. She also was encouraged to continue following God`s path. It was my pleasure to tell you my little story.
