Hello, my name is Yostin Estiven, and I am happy to write you this letter. I am 13 years old, and I am well. Thankfully, I am doing a good job at school, and I am in 6th grade this year; I study in the morning. I do my homework and help with the household chores on weekends. I have been blessed with medicine and lunches at the feeding program, and there, my favorite dish is fried chicken. The Christmas celebration is one of my favorite activities at the program, especially for the beautiful decorations and my present.
I am now under the care of my maternal aunt, Irma Morente Garcia, because my parents are working in Guatemala City. My father carries heavy packages for others from one place to another while my mother works in a tortillas business. They come to visit me every three months and stay with me for fifteen days. We raise hens for selling, and we grow corn for eating. We are assured of our Salvation, and we attend a church called Prince of Peace. I tell you that my aunt helped me to give this information to an Evangelism teacher, and we take advantage to ask for prayers for my parents who have to work far away from us. I say goodbye to you for now.
Sincerely yours
Yostin Estiven Tul Morente
