Hello, my name is Irma Angelica Chingo Garcia, and it is a pleasure to greet you. I am 18 years old now and I work at home helping with the chores and housework. I also help take care of my younger siblings. I live with my mother, stepfather, and siblings. My mom is Estela Chingo Garcia. She is a housewife, and she raises and sells sheep to make some extra money. We also grow corn and raise chickens for our own consumption. Some recent news is that my mother just gave birth a few months ago to our newest family member. We are so happy and excited to have a new baby sister and we pray for the speedy and full recovery of my mother. My stepfather’s name is Rafael Gutierrez Garcia. He is a farmer and day laborer. From October to December, he travels to the coast to work on the coffee plantations. I love attending the feeding program each week. The lunch they serve us each week is a huge blessing to me and my family. All the food is so delicious, so I cannot choose a favorite meal.
I also love the Christmas celebration we do because we sing fun songs. My family goes to Assembly of God Church regularly. We are faithful members of this church, and my parents are both leaders. My mom is a deaconess, and my stepdad is an elder. Thank God they are strong in their faith and secure in their salvation. I say goodbye now and I want to let you know that I shared this information about me and my family with the LW teacher who visited us. I wish you the best and many blessings today and always.
With much love,
Irma Angelica Chingo Garcia
