This is Erica and it is a blessing for me to greet you through this. I hope you are all doing well. I stay at home helping my grandmother with the chores. For now, I am not working outside. I really missed the delicious food of the feeding program during the time it was closed due to the pandemic. Thank God, it is open again, so I get there in twenty-five minutes from home by walking. As you know, I live with my grandmother who is in charge of me. My aunt is also in charge of me. They both raise pigs and chickens. In the afternoons, we take time to spend time together as a family. We celebrated Christmas by sharing tamales with our family. We continue to attend Liberty Christian Church at Four Ways, located twenty-five minutes from home by walking. Thank God, the church is operating normally after being closed due to the pandemic.
We live in the house that an uncle loaned to us. I live with my grandmohter and cousins, so we share the household expenses with them. There are three rooms and a separate kitchen. The house is made of adobe, the roof of clay roof tiles and thin sheets, the floor of dirt. It has electricity and running water. We pray to God to have a room of our own where we can sleep. God has been good, despite everything, and he has helped us in everything. The grocery bags we received from the feeding program were all a great help for my family and me because food supplies such as corn are a great need for us, and so is soap. We received it when we needed it most! Thank you very much, As for health, let me tell you that I have strong stomach pains. I have already visited the doctor in Living Water Clinics, and I am under medical treatment. Lastly, I want you to know my cousins gave this information to an Evangelism team member to share with you my last news. I have no words to thank you for all your support and generosity towards me. I pray God grants you lots of blessings!
