It is such a blessing to greet you by means of this letter. I am so happy to tell you that thanks to your loving support, I have enjoyed delicious meals at the feeding program for three years. I am Jorge Alexander Morente Suar and I am a healthy 5-year-old boy. I still do not attend school, so I stay home and play with my brother Juan Carlos. He does not attend school either. What we enjoy the most is playing with our toy cars and ball. Between hot and cold weather, I like hot because we can refresh ourselves by going to the river. About my family, I tell you that everybody is keeping well. We are a Catholic family and feel motivated to attend the holy mass because it helps us to strengthen our faith and learn about God through the gospel. I tell you that my mother is a housewife and dedicates herself to raising chickens to contribute to the expenses with the income that she gets from the sales.
My father still lives and works in the United States. He is in touch with us and sends money every month. He told us that he makes a living by taking care of cows. The house where we live belongs to my grandparents on my father’s side. Each family covers their own expenses. It is almost time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that brother Mario (a member of the LW evangelism team) recently congratulated and encouraged us to keep going in our faith. My mother accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior a while ago. Have a wonderful day!
Huge hugs,
Jorge Alexander Morente Suar
