My Story

Good morning! I am so glad to be able to share my information in this opportunity! My name is Marta Herlinda Mendez Gutierrez. I am 6 years old. We are attending Catholic Church and we like to participate in the Thanksgiving Day for the First Fruits. My grandma trusts her salvation in Jesus. It was so kind that the evangelism teacher encouraged us to continue seeking God. My father makes a living as a farmer and day laborer to supply our home needs. Furthermore, he goes to pick coffee beans on the coast for three months to get more income. My mother stays busy with the household work and raises hens to sell. It is a great joy in my heart to say that my family and I are in good health.

I am not attending school yet because I am too young. So, I stay at home; I play with my little brother and with my cousins too. I like to play football and dolls. I very special memory I have is that my mom took me a to place far away and I enjoyed the trip. I do not know the name of the place, but I thank God who provided the resources to go. I recognize Jesus came to the world to save us; He is my savior. I love my mother; she usually buys me things I need. I would like you to know that my grandma, Francisca, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. I appreciate you taking the time to read my letter.
