My Story

Hello, it is my pleasure to greet you through this and I hope our Lord is blessing you wherever you are! My name is Jorge Adolfo Matias Chavez. I am 7 years old, but I will turn 8 this September. I am so happy because this year I started to attend school and I am in 1st grade. I attend school the whole day. I love to play football and watch TV in my free time.  Sadly, my father is not in my life because he abandoned us and we do not know about him. My mother is a housewife and thanks to God, my grandpa is giving us economic support; he does blacksmith work.

I love to participate in the Christmas activity that the evangelism team prepares in the feeding program because it is very special. I am very thankful for the food and bible teaching I receive in the program. I enjoy all the meals from the program, but I especially appreciate it when I receive meat. My family and I are not attending any church; we appreciate that the evangelism teacher invited us to look for a church and seek God because it is important in our lives. I want to ask for your prayers for well-being and that we never lack food at home. Let me tell you that my mother provided this information to the LW staff to share news about me.
