My Story

Kind regards from Duenas town! I am so happy to know that you are taking some minutes of your time to read my updated information. My full name is Jorge Adolfo Matias Chavez, and I want you to know that I have attended the feeding program for about three years. Having delicious meals and other benefits from this organization has been a blessing. My mother enrolled me there because she wanted me to have the opportunity to got there just like her siblings and she did when they were children. By the grace of the Lord, my mother and I are healthy. I am 9 years old and I attend school as a third-grade student. I like running errands and helping my mother with the chores. She works hard in a plant nursery to provide me with the essentials.

My biological father occasionally helps me economically. He makes a living as a baker, but he barely has communication with me. My mother and I live with two of my uncles. They help us to cover the house rent, electricity, and running water.  I tell you that sister Raquel (a member of the evangelism team of LW) recently shared the gospel and invited us to get closer to God by attending a church, since we still do not do it. Thanks to her encouraging words, my sister and I already know that accepting Jesus in our hearts and being obedient are the keys to get into Heaven. This is all for now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
