Hello! This is Pedro Camilo Portuguez Ajqui, and I am writing this letter to tell you how I am. I am 9 years old, and I am in good health. Thankfully, I did a good job at school, and I was in 2nd grade this year; my classes were in the morning. I now help with the family crops. I love playing soccer on weekends. I have been blessed with medicine and lunches at the feeding program, and there, my favorite dish is fried chicken. The Christmas celebration is one of my favorite activities at the program, especially for the present and special lunch. We share our house and rent payment with my grandmother Gregoria and aunt Petronila.
My stepfather covers our needs by working as a farmer making water wells for others. My mother spends her time at home doing all the chores, and she also does the laundry of others to help with the income. We all go to pick coffee beans at the coast during the harvest season. We raise hens and pigs for selling when we are in need of money. We also grow corn for our consumption. We attend Church of Christ, and we are assured of our Salvation. I tell you that my mom helped me to give this information to an Evangelism teacher, and she took advantage to ask for your prayers for our health and daily provision. I end my letter wishing you the best.
Sincerely yours
Pedro Camilo Portuguez Ajqui
