My Story

I want to start this letter praying the grace of the Almighty be with you and your loved ones. This is Sabino Alexander Grave Mejia, and I am excited to share a little about my life with you. I am a healthy 12-year-old boy, and attend school as a sixth grader. My best friend’s name is Armando. We became friends about three years ago. We usually get together to play soccer. I love my whole family. Thankfully, everybody is doing well. The one with whom I identify the most is my grandfather, on my mother’s side. I like joining him to work in the field. My father traveled to the United States some years ago.

When my father decided to travel, I felt down. However, I prayed and asked Jesus for comfort and help for my father. I am sure He heard my prayers because He is my creator. I am glad because my father is in touch with us three times a week. He makes a living by working in the cleaning area of a restaurant and helps us economically. Please pray for him. About my mother, let me tell you that she keeps busy doing the chores and raising chickens. She sells them to contribute to the expenses. We attend the Catholic Church. We enjoy attending Mass, especially when people thank God for their harvest. It is time to say goodbye, but I would like to hear about you. Until next time!
