Pasojoc III
Guatemala
Child
Hello! I send you warm greetings from Guatemala. I am Mariano, and I live with my family in a village called Pasojoc III. I am in good health, and I can attend LW Clinics when I feel bad. The school year has ended, and I attended 5th grade this time; I studied in the mornings. I now keep busy helping with the household chores. I am blessed with delicious lunches at the feeding program, and I love eating fried chicken there. I have received other benefits through LW Ministries, and I am grateful for that. One of my favorite activities at the feeding program is the Christmas celebration because I receive a special present.
My mother helped me to write you this letter, and we would like to ask for your prayers for the whole family. My dad works as a farmer and day laborer, and he goes to pick coffee beans at the coast from November to February. My mom works hard at home and takes care of us. We have hens and corn crops, and all this is for our consumption. We are assured of our Salvation, and we attend a Pentecostal Church called Jesus my good shepherd. My parents have the privilege to be part of the deacons’ group. I close my letter thanking you for all the support to my family and me. May God bless you!
Cordially yours
Mariano De la Cruz Gutierrez
