My Story

It is a pleasure to greet you and your loved ones. My name is Jaime de la Cruz Grave. I am 10 years old, and I am in the third grade. When I am not in school, I help in the fields and with the sheep. Thank God, my family and I are all in good health. My father’s name is Agustin De La Cruz Calachij. He works as a day laborer and a farmer. My mother’s name is Candelaria Grave Gutierrez. She takes care of the house. She also raises domestic animals to sell and help support our family. I enjoy going to the feeding program each week and eating a delicious meal. My favorite meal that they serve at the feeding program is the typical Guatemalan food. I also enjoy the gift we receive at the end of the year Christmas celebration at the feeding program. I tell you that Living Water has greatly blessed my family with the meal they provide each week, and the free medicines that are available.

At home, we raise chickens, sheep, and cows to sell. We also grow corn for our own needs. As a family, we attend the King of the Heavens Evangelical church. My mother is secure in her salvation. I am thankful that the Living Water evangelism team has encouraged my family to continue trusting in God. I pray that you are doing well, and I hope that you will pray for the provision and health of my family. Thank you for taking the time to read about me today. I send you many hugs and blessings.
