Hello! My full name is Neitan Stuard Salazar Mejia and it is a great pleasure to write this letter to you. I am 16 years old and fortunately, I am in good health. This year I was in tenth grade. I attended the first year of a training course in computer science, which lasts two years. I received classes on Sundays. To earn a little money, I decided to help one of my aunts by taking and picking up her two children from school on weekdays. I used my income to buy school supplies or whatever I needed. Currently, I am on vacation. My favorite pastime is going for walks to a nearby field. I want you to know that LW has blessed me so much with food and medical and dental care. At the feeding program, my favorite food is pepian (Guatemalan typical food). I would like to be part of the LW team of collaborators to help others improve both mentally and emotionally. Thanks to the LW staff, I have been able to do it.
I want you to know that my family and I do not attend any church at the moment. However, I know Jesus is my Savior because I welcomed Him into my heart when I was 8 years old. I ask you to pray for my mom because she has not felt well lately. She works as a waitress in San Martin Restaurant. She has not gone to the doctor yet for a lack of time and money. She prepares delicious food. What I love the most is having chicken and potatoes for lunch. Let me tell you that my stepfather does his best to help us economically. He is healthy and works as an electrician’s helper. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that I will celebrate Christmas at the feeding program soon. Receiving a Christmas gift excites me so much. Therefore, I hope the Lord continues to prosper LW for all the benefits that it offers to many people in need like me.
In the name of Jesus,
Neitan Stuard Salazar Mejia
