My Story

Good morning, beloved sponsors! I thank God for allowing me to be part of the feeding program from Living Water; I am so blessed. This is Betel Eunice Figueroa Chavalo. I turned 14 years old in June. We are members of a Christian group called Times of Glory. Jesus is my best friend. Once, I went to a meeting from my church and it was very special. God touched my heart and filled it with his love. As a family, we are very thankful for all the support my sister and I receive through the program. We have gone through difficulties and received help when we needed it the most. So, we pray to God and ask for many and abundant blessings over all Living Water members.

My mom continues struggling to care for us. She makes a living as a secretary. My dad has another family, and now, he gives us only Q600.00 = $80.00 monthly. He works as a chef. It is not too much, but my mom does her best to provide food and education for my sister and me. We are doing well, by the grace of God. I am attending 8^th grade this year. I have a friend named Cristal, and our friendship is two years old. We are confident in each other, and we like to spend time together during the break. I like my mom´s personality; I am similar to her. I would like you to know that my mom, Blanca, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me.
