Dear Padrino, I say hello to you in this beautiful day and I hope you are enjoying a blessed 2025. I want to tell you a little about my family and me through this. Both of my parents are living and working in the United States, but we do not know anything about the kind of job they do. They send us money to sustain the family, and we have a good communication with them. My father`s name is Arnoldo Morente Larios and my mother`s name is Roselia Riz Benito. Thankfully, they are in good health and are doing their best to cover our needs. My aunt Tomasa Elizabeth Riz is taking care of us, and she stays at home doing the chores. My aunt Ana provided this information during the visit, and as you know, she also lives with us at home.
I am a 12-year-old healthy girl and I am in 6th grade at school. My name is Emelyn Maria Elena Morente Riz. I am grateful to God because he has helped me to pass my grades at school. He has given me wisdom to learn the subjects. For me, Jesus is my God. I admire my aunt Ana because we talk a lot, and I go out for a walk with her. I have some friends, and we have a good time talking when we get together. We are members of Prince of Peace Church, and I like to participate in every activity. The LW teacher encouraged my aunt to grow in her faith and she is assured of her salvation. I hope you like to read my letter. I love you so much!
Kisses and hugs,
Emelyn Maria Elena Morente Riz
