My Story

Hello! I am so blessed to be part of the feeding program from Living Water and receive a big support. My name is Maria Anally Clara Nicol Colay Barillas. I am a 17-year-old girl. We are members of a Christian Church. This time a LW member shared the gospel with my grandma and we appreciate with all our hearts the time with us to encourage us to continue seeking God. Jesus is my friend and my savior. My grandma continues watching over my sister and me; she sells second-hand clothes to supply the home expenses. I am so grateful to God because we are doing well at home.

I am a ninth-grade student this year. I love my grandma, she takes care of me and we talk about anything. Something I remember was when I had surgery on my hip and feet because I had problems walking and God took care of me. Fortunately, everything went well and I gave thanks to God for watching over me during that process and He helped me to recover from it. Let me to tell you I had a friend named Mayra; we used to talk and spend time together. Sadly, she passed away last year. As a family, we are very thankful to LW for all the support I receive through the program; it is a big help to us. I would like you to know that my grandma, Luz, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. Thank you for reading my letter. Every kind of blessing over you!
