My Story

Hello, it is my pleasure to greet you in this opportunity hoping our Lord is blessing you! This is Luisa Brenda Vanesa Mendez Castro. I am 17 years old. I no longer attend school a couple years ago, and now, I go to work alongside my parents. My father and mother are merchants and sell vegetables in the market all week to sustain our family. We raise and sell hens and pigs to get more income. My mother is suffering from nervous gastritis, and even though she is taking medicines, she does not feel good. Because of that please pray for her health. Thankfully, the rest of my family is doing great.

I thank God for allowing me to be part of the Living Water program and receive food and medicines for free; it is so helpful to me. Fried chicken is my favorite food from the program. I love to receive a Christmas gift in the feeding program every year, and it makes me so happy. We are members of the Methodist Church; we all accepted Jesus into our hearts and my mother is a deaconess. Could you please include my family in your prayers for our well-being?
