My Story

This is Eliseo Santos Coj Gonzalez, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. Currently, we are members of LW Church called Liberty, and we attend services three times a week. We have hens and pigs at home, and we sell them to earn extra money. We grow corn and it is for our consumption. We are a humble family, and our greatest need is groceries. My father’s name is Antonio. He is 38 years old, and he is in good health. He works as a moto-taxi driver to support the family. My mother’s name is Cristina. She is 37 years old, and she is in good health too. She has a small business where she sells fruits, and she helps with the home income.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 12 years old, and I am fine. I am in 6^th grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because the teacher’s explanation is better, and I learn more. It has been difficult for my parents to cover my school expenses, but they are doing their best. I hope to continue with my studies next year. My favorite celebration is Christmas because I like lighting fireworks and eating “tamales”. I would like to receive a cake and presents for my birthday. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking fruit shake. It would be nice to learn English someday. I would like to ask you to pray for me because I was hit by a ball, and it causes me pain. I visited LW Clinic, and I am taking medicine to get better. Living Water is very important in my life because we receive delicious food through the feeding program twice a week. I hope to hear from you soon.
