I fondly greet you in the name of Jesus. I hope you are doing well alongside your loved ones. My full name is Esvin Antonio Gutierrez Obispo, and I thank you so much for taking the time to read my information. I am 16 years old and keep busy working as a farmer and day laborer. I have days off on weekends, so I usually help my mom with the household chores. I also attend church. My family and I have been members of the Prince of Peace Christian Church for a few years. I recently welcomed Jesus into my heart as my savior. As for my family members, let me tell you that my parents also did it a couple of years ago. I appreciate the LW evangelism team because they encouraged my mom recently so she continues persevering at church alongside our family. Thankfully, my whole family and I are healthy. My mom is a housewife and prepares homemade snacks and hot drinks to sell. She uses her income to help at home with the expenses. Let me tell you that my father is dedicated to farming the land to survive and support our family economically. I want to use this opportunity to let you know that he is not my biological father, but he has loved me since the first moment he established a relationship with my mom. That is why I call him father.
My family and I raise hens for our consumption or to sell in case we need extra money at home. We also have cats, dogs, and doves at home as pets. I am glad because we have enough space to grow a little corn for our consumption. I feel blessed to be part of the feeding program because I can have delicious meals for free alongside my young siblings. The staff prepares tasty food, but my favorite one is fried chicken. I like celebrating Christmas there because the staff and missionaries give a nice Christmas gift to each child and teenager. I say goodbye to you now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
Cordiality yours,
Esvin Antonio Gutierrez Obispo
