My Story

This is a blessed day to say hello to you hoping you are doing fine when my letter reaches to you. I am Wilson Yenser Quino Mejia and I am a fifth-grade student. I am a healthy thirteen-year-old boy. My best friend is Elder Garcia and we like to play soccer when we are together. We have been friends for five years. My sad experience has been to have many financial needs in my family, but I pray for my family and we believe that God will provide for us because he is in control of our situation.

By the grace of God, my parents are in good health, but my father continues drinking alcohol. He sustains the family but only when he is not drinking. He earns a living as a farmer and he also travels to the coast and cleans the coffee plantation. His name is Ramiro and my mother`s name is Manuela. She does the housework and she also sells some herbs to earn money to cover some needs. My family and I belong to the Catholic Church and we like to attend the mass and also the thanksgiving service for our crops. My mother helped LW team to collect this information and they shared the gospel with her. She is asking for your prayers for my father. Thank you for your attention and may God bless you!
