My Story

Hello! Before telling you about my life, thank you for taking the time to read my information. My name is Miriam Elizabeth and I am seventeen years old. My family and I do not attend any church at the moment. However, I have learned to about the Almighty thanks to LW. This has been a meaningful project for my family and me because we have received a lot of blessings. My mother, Wendy Marleni Soto Xar, is 43 years old. Our economic situation is passing through trouble since my mom is unemployed. To survive, my oldest siblings work hard to cover the expenses. Our greatest need is food. My brother, Gustavo, works by selling tennis shoes and painting houses for other people to get extra income. On the other hand, my sister, Daniela, makes a living as a pedicurist. As for health, let me tell you that I suffer from heart issues. I must take Cardio Aspirin lifelong to avoid tachycardia and other issues. Besides that, I have an artery that is clogged. Therefore, I would love to count on your prayers for my health.

The rest of my family is in good condition, fortunately. We love pets! We have two dogs at home. I am in eighth grade this year. I prefer to receive face-to-face classes because they are dynamic. My siblings do their best for our family, although they sometimes cannot cover my school supplies. I would love to make a living as a vet and speak other languages like English and Korean someday. My favorite holiday is Christmas because my whole family and I gather to enjoy lovely moments together. I also love celebrating my birthday. However, we sometimes do not have the resources to prepare a delicious meal and celebrate birthdays at home. To end this letter, I want you to know that an AAC member talked with my mother about the Almighty while he collected all this information for you. I say goodbye now, but I wish you all the best.

Sincerely yours,

Miriam Elizabeth Soto Xar
