My Story

My full name is Luis Eduardo Yat Choc, and I am glad to greet you through this letter. Let me tell you that I am a healthy 19-year-old boy, and I am always doing my best at work to move forward. I have a job selling vegetables and carrying platforms at the market. I like going to the gym alongside my best friend, Haroldo. I met him about seven years ago. We also enjoy discussing our lives or going out to eat when we get together. By God's grace, I was able to support my education financially by myself. I finished high school about two years ago. I studied a course in computers. I am sure God gave me the wisdom that I needed to reach my academic goal.

Even though my family and I have faced economic challenges, God has blessed us richly. As proof of that, everybody is healthy. I admire my mom because she is hardworking, just like me. That is what I admire the most about her. She makes a living by selling Guatemalan food, such as tamales, chuchitos, and typical hot drinks. My father also works hard for the city hall by collecting garbage. He also sells plastic baskets to earn extra income. If you ask me who Jesus is to me, I will say He is my Savior and everything. I do not attend church at the moment, but I hope to join my family soon. My mom and siblings attend a Christian church called The Calvary. Thank you so much for reading my information!
