My Story

I feel so happy because I have the opportunity to greet you and send you every kind of blessing! I want to tell you that Jesus is my heavenly father. He always loves me and he is present in my life. My best experience has been to attend my church because I feel the joy of our Lord there. I like to seek God. As a family, we belong to the Catholic Church and we like to attend to different religious activities. My mother is assured of her salvation and the eternal gift of life, so LW team encouraged her to continue seeking God. She provided all this information during the visit.  My mother is a good mom and I trust her. Her name is Jacinta and she continues dedicating her time to the family and household chores. Moreover, she embroiders napkins and raises hens to sell and earn some money to support my father with the home expenses. He continues working as a farmer and day laborer for others. Furthermore, he tends his own grocery store. His name is Santiago and thankfully both of them are in good health.

My name is Roxana Soledad Tum Chan and Melany is the name of my best friend. We met 1 year ago. We like to talk a lot and do our homework from classes together. I am studying the 9^th grade and I am a fifteen-year-old teenager. By the grace of God, I am in good health. Thank you for your attention. May God bless you!
