My Story

It is a pleasure to greet you! My name is Karina Isabel Garcia Cux. I am 15 years old now and I have completed 2^nd grade. On the weekends I love going to church with my family. We go to a Catholic church. My mom serves as a Catechist, and I serve as a church Acolyte. My mother’s name is Estela Cux Ruiz. She is a housewife, so she stays home and takes care of the housework. She also raises chickens and sells them to make some extra money. My father’s name is Gregorio Garcia Tum. He is a tuc tuc driver. He has his own private tuc tuc that he uses to give people rides around town. I love going to the feeding program each week to eat a delicious meal. My favorite food to eat there is the fried chicken. The food and medicines we receive through the program have been a great blessing to me and my family. We have a Christmas celebration at the end of the year and my favorite part is when we receive a beautiful Christmas gift. I want to let you know that my father shared this information with the Living Water teacher who visited us. I hope you will pray for the health and wellbeing of my family.
