My Story

Hello! Padrinos how are you? This is a beautiful day to greet you cordially and I hope you are blessed by our Lord Jesus. I want to tell you a little about my family and me with this letter and I hope you enjoy my news. My family is grateful for every benefit that I have received from the LW Ministries. As a family, we continue attending the Assembly of God.

My mother`s name is Martina Tum Garcia. She lives with us and takes care of the family. She is in good health. She is a housewife, and she raises hens and turkeys for sale to get some income. At the moment, she is the only one that supports us financially because my father is not working. She continues suffering from a pain in her left arm.  She visited the doctor and she is under medical treatment. My father`s name is Santos Riz Gutierrez. He stays at home and he is at rest because he has a pain in his foot due to the diabetic neuropathy that he suffers from. Thankfully, he visited the doctor and he is under medical treatment. We grow corn and beans for our consumption. I ask for your prayers for health for my whole family.

I am Jhenifer Meliza Riz Tum and I am 17 years old. Unfortunately, I am not studying this year due to a lack of money, but I am helping with chores at home every day. I am suffering from gastritis, but I am not under medical treatment. LW teacher encouraged me to visit the doctor from the Ministry.  LW has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like the fried chicken that I love eating and medicines in the medical clinic. I enjoyed every activity during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. Thank you for everything you have done for me and for your support and love. I send you all my love! (My mother provided this information to the Evangelism teacher)

Lots of love,

Jhenifer Meliza Riz Tum
