My Story

Special regards from Cuatro Caminos village! I fondly write this letter, hoping you and your loved ones are keeping well. This is Bayron Adolfo Morente De La Cruz and despite having trouble hearing and speaking, I am in good health. I am 15 years old and I am dedicated to taking care of my family’s crops. I prefer cold rather than hot weather because I can wear my favorite sweaters. As you know, my father and older brother grow edible herbs and some vegetables to survive. I want to use this opportunity to ask you to pray for my mother who suffers from abdominal and stomach pain. Unfortunately, she does not take any medicine because of our low financial situation.

I tell you that I like attending church because I can learn about God. My family and I are members of the Catholic Church and I am pleased to tell you that my mother already accepted Jesus as her savior. To end this updated information, I tell you that sister Yesenmia (a member of the LW staff) recently congratulated her and shared with my mother that she also has assurance of being admitted into Heaven because she has Jesus in her heart.
