My Story

My full name is Hilario Oswaldo Ruiz Garcia, and I am pleased to share my latest news with you. I hope you find this letter engaging. I am 13 years old, and I am sure Jesus is my Heavenly Father. He has kept my family and me healthy and safe. Even though our financial resources are low, the Lord has provided us with all the necessary resources to buy medicine when somebody is sick. I attend the sixth grade and still work as a day laborer to cover some school expenses. I have a lot of fun playing soccer with my friends. I want to share that Carlos has been my best friend for six years.

Now, let me tell you about my family. I admire my mother because she is loving and does her best to provide my siblings and me with the essentials. She is a housewife and sells domestic animals. As you know, my parents separated a while ago. Fortunately, my father is in touch with my siblings and me. He traveled to the United States to find a better job opportunity. He works on a cattle farm and helps us economically. It is almost time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that LW has always encouraged us to continue trusting in God. As you remember, we are members of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. See you later!
